GATHER IT
Filling:
- organic cream cheese

Toast:
- thick slices brioche loaf
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1/2 cup organic full-cream milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- unsalted butter, for frying
- shredded cheese
- sugar
MAKE IT
Filling:
Mix the softened organic cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Toast:
- Spread a generous amount of cream cheese onto the bread slice.
- Whisk the eggs, organic full-cream milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt together.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
- Dip each bread slice into the egg-milk mixture and soak each side for a few seconds.
- Place the soaked bread slice on the heated skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on each side.
- Transfer the toast to a serving plate.
- Top it off with shredded cheese and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
