Cream cheese fudge

  • baking tray
  • blunt knife

GET IT READY

  • chopped toasted cashews
  • chopped dried fruits
  • 1 pack (8 oz) organic cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cup organic full-cream milk
  • 1/2-1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla

MAKE IT

Mixture:

  1. Combine milk and condensed milk in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.​
  2. Add in organic cream cheese and mix until smooth.​
  3. Pour in white chocolate and let settle for a minute.​
  4. Sprinkle in vanilla and mix until smooth.​
  5. Gently fold in nuts and dried fruits.​​

Fudge:

  1. Line the tray with oil to avoid the fudge from sticking.​
  2. Pour in the mixture.​
  3. Let it chill until firm.​
  4. Cut into equallysized cubes.
