Milky Hot Chocolate

Rainy days call for warm hugs and even warmer sips. Cozy up with freshly baked pandesal and a cup of rich, creamy chocolate milk made with organic dairy from Europe, because comfort food deserves nothing less than quality and care.

Get it ready

Gather it

  • 2 cups organic European milk
  • ½ cup tablea (Philippine-style chocolate tablets)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Optional add-ins:

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Make it

  1. In a small saucepan, heat organic European milk over low to medium heat. Stir gently to avoid scorching.
  2. Once the milk is warm, add the tablea and stir continuously until fully melted and incorporated.
  3. Whisk in the sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Keep whisking until smooth, creamy, and gently bubbling, but don’t let it boil.
  4. For extra creaminess, use a hand whisk, milk frother, or blender to froth the hot chocolate until it’s nice and velvety.
  5. Pour into mugs and top with your favorites!
