GATHER IT
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- additional butter or oil for cooking
- 1 cup organic full-cream milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats to a fine powder)
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
MAKE IT
Batter:
- Mix the whole wheat flour, oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine organic full cream milk, egg, melted butter or oil, and vanilla extract together.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until combined.
Pancakes:
