Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Made with EU Organic dairy, fluffy quinoa, fresh fruit, and a light drizzle of honey, it’s a snack that feels comforting, clean, and satisfying all at once.

Gather It

  • 1 cup organic European milk
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  •  a pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional

Make it

  1. In a small pot over medium heat, combine the cooked quinoa, organic European milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until warmed through and creamy (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. Add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and half of the sliced apples. Stir to soften the apples slightly.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the honey.
  4. Divide into bowls. Top with the remaining fresh apple slices, extra honey, and a dusting of cinnamon.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your naturally good, dairy-licious, and wholesome breakfast bowl!
