These homemade Hustle Oat Bars, made with organic European dairy from Denmark, make the perfect grab-and-go fuel for the everyday hustle and bustle.

Get it ready
- ½ and 1 cup organic European dairy from Denmark
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup butter or oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2/4 tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup brown sugar
- A pinch of slat
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp white sugar
Make it

- Preheat oven to 180° (350°F) and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and Organic European Milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir well. Add butter or oil and any extras you like.
- Spread evenly in the pan and press down firmly to compact.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
- Let it cool completely, then slice into bars.
