Gather It
- 1 cup organic European milk
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
- ½ tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- a pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
Make it
- In a small pot over medium heat, combine the cooked quinoa, organic European milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until warmed through and creamy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and half of the sliced apples. Stir to soften the apples slightly.
- Remove from heat and mix in the honey.
- Divide into bowls. Top with the remaining fresh apple slices, extra honey, and a dusting of cinnamon.
