Gather it
- pot
- measuring cups
- wooden spoon
Get it ready
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- ½ cup sugar
- 4-6 pieces Tablea (Filipino cacao tablets)
Make it
- In a pot, bring 5 cups water to boil.
- Add 1 cup glutinous rice. Stir occasionally and cook until grains are soft and sticky, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drop in 4-6 pieces tablea. Stir until fully dissolved and the porridge turns rich and chocolatey.
- Add ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste). Let it simmer until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat. Slowly stir in ½ to 1 cup Organic European Dairy for a creamy finish.
