Cream Cheese Cheesecake

Make your show-stopping dessert naturally good! This Cream Cheese Cheesecake made with organic European cream cheese from Denmark is creamy, dreamy, and perfect for the celebrations.

Gather it

Get it ready 

  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 500g softened organic European cream cheese from Denmark
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sugar

Optional add-ins:

  • Homemade berry compote of fresh fruit

Make it 

    1. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press evenly into a pan and chill for 10-15 minutes.
    2. In a bowl, beat organic European cream cheese from Denmark and sugar until smooth.
    3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each
    4. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
    5. Pour into the crust and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45-55 minutes, until just set.
    6. Cool completely, then chill for 4 hours or overnight. Top with berry compote or enjoy plain.
